Camper Application

Summer Stars Camp for the Performing Arts provides deserving youth, ages 12 – 17, a 10-day, no-cost intensive summer camp experience in the performing arts.  Camp takes place at the Northfield Mt. Hermon School in Gill, MA.

Summer Stars offers small group programs in acting, blues performance, dance, musical theater and choral singing, set design, juggling, drumming and much more. Through our work together, campers come together as an artistic community, and learn about their own ability to succeed through the performing arts.

 

Camp is a 501-c3 and fully funded by donations. There is no charge to campers, and transportation is provided from the Boston and New York metro areas and select other locations (including some local military bases).

 

There is no audition, and experience in the performing arts is not required. The ideal candidate is a student who shows great interest and potential in the performing arts but who may not have the opportunities to fully explore and develop their talent due to financial need or lack of community resources.

How to Apply

If you will be 12-15 years old by start of camp (TBD) in August 2020, you may apply as a camper.

If you've attended camp before and will be 16 or 17, you may apply for the Leadership Program.
